Join us for a captivating evening with retired Bristol doctor and medical historian Dr Michael Whitfield, as he shares the remarkable story of one of East Bristol’s most iconic buildings – Cossham Hospital.
Based on his recently published booklet “Cossham Memorial Hospital, Bristol: Development & Loss”, Dr Whitfield traces the journey of the hospital from its founding in 1907 as a memorial to mining magnate and MP Handel Cossham, right through to its modern-day challenges.
