School Group Opportunities
Volunteers at Kingswood Museum have been successfully hosting school groups for some years and will continue to do so.
Many of the exhibits are relevant to the current curriculum. The grottoes can also be included in the visit.
To ensure the best possible outcome we recommend a prior visit by one or more staff members in order to discuss requirements, ascertain what the Museum can offer and select a suitable date and time.

Group numbers are restricted to a maximum of 30 children at £1.50 each. Staff members and helpers FREE.

The Museum is committed to developing and increasing its resources for schools, both Primary and Secondary and also for students doing research. A CD Rom of local history has already been produced.
