News at Kingswood Museum

News No: 1 Date for the Diary April 13th 12.30pm at Hanham Church. The remains of John Horwood will be buried inthe Churchyard. John Horwood was the first man to be hanged for alleged murder of his ex-girlfriend in the new Bristol Prison on April 13th 1821. The full story is on display in the Kingswood Heritage Museum, Tower Road, Warmley.
