Bank Holidays

The Museum is open from 11.00.a.m. to 5.00.p.m. on the Sundays and Mondays of the May, Spring and August Bank Holidays. Admission £2.50 which includes entrance to the Warmley grottoes - not normally open to the public: Look around the most extensive man-made grottoes in England.

Guided Walks

Guided walk to the Grottoes Explore the Warmley gardens on a guided walk, every 2nd Sunday in the month (not Jan). Starting from the Museum at 2.15.p.m. Adult fee £2.00 Approximately one and a half hour walk on level ground some of which may be muddy in wet weather. Bring a torch and wonder as you wander through the grottoes, which will be specially opened for you by your guide.

Douglas Cavalcade

Douglas motoprbike riders setting off A regular feature of the Spring (end of May) Bank Holidays the very popular meeting of Douglas motorcycle enthusiasts See dozens of vintage motocycles. Talk to their riders/owners. Watch as they move off on the Sunday at 12 noon to ride the old factory test route.
